Shipping policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Same Day-Dispatch (order placed before 10 am)	Same Day	2500 naira

• Deliveries outside of Lagos will be charged according to the dispatch/delivery company used.

 * Same Day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Lagos State Metro Area.

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. The dispatch officer will contact you via your mobile number once your order is on its way to the registered address.  

 

 If you received your order damaged, please contact us the same day with photographic evidence of this damage at sales@rivetrix.com to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We will investigate these claims and handle them on a case by case basis.
